16 m and a Haff, 160 pounds and 5 '9. My biceps are enormous, but the back of my head my triceps and shoulders are really small. I also have about 5 pounds of body fat primarily in the belly of my lol and Azz. here 's my routine: every week for 6 weeks: sunday-run 5 miles to the chest and a pyramid (1 representative travelers then 2 then 3 then 4 travelers traveling then 3 travelers traveling representative then2 1) of between half a mile pullups increases lunes-laterales/aumentos front / rear increases for all the heads of the shoulder extentions and Tricep Tuesday, same as Sunday Wednesday, the same as Monday Thursday, the same as Sunday same as Monday-Friday Saturday-rest I eat a bodybuilder 's diet in every day to lift weights and a normal diet for the days you worked with. Also drink 8 glasses of water and get 8-9 hours of sleep every day. What if I do all this for 6 weeks, can i can lose the 5 pounds of body fat and build muscle to the amount on my shoulders / triceps and possibly even a little on my chest? and pyramid pullups OUT separates each half miles so I do not think im doin the twenty something lol pullups every half mile of Also do not care about the acquisition of weight, just want to lose those 5 pounds of fat and gain muscle
