Hello I started lifting weights for about 4 months and have not so far found almost no improvement, but I have done quite a bit stronger. im 17 athletic and about 73 kilograms also im 5 foot 11 can fix a good routine to continue on a daily basis and adietar to get a lot of muscle mass gratefull that it would give time to post a comment P.S.
