What exercises that help me build my chest, abs and arms muscle? And I want to do it at home. That means WITHOUT go to the gym. Can you show me how to do those exercises? Mainly how to build my chest and abs. ThAnKs!

      Your Chest: Bench Press/ Dumbbell Press. Lie Down, Elbows Out Holding Weights Just Above Your Pecs, Extend Your Arms So Your Holding Them Directly Above Your Pecs And Repeat

      Your Arms: A Simple Dumbbell Curl. Stand Up, Drop Arms Holding Weights With Your Wrists Facing Away From You, Pull Weights Up So Your Wrists Carrying The Weights Are At About Your Shoulders, Keep Elbows Still Throughout, Repeat

      (If You Are Unsure About How To Do Them Search ”Dumbell Curls" or "Bench Press" On Youtube, It Really Helped Me Out)

      Your Abs: Search "15 Minute Ab Workout" On Youtube And Choose One. Don’t Click 6 Pack Abs In 2 Minutes Or Stuff Like Thast Cause Its A Load Of Shit.

      Also its not how many you do its how much weight you use.
