Also drink 8 glasses of water and get 8-9 hours of sleep every day. What if I do all this for 6 weeks, can i can lose the 5 pounds of body fat and build muscle to the amount on my shoulders / triceps and possibly even a little on my chest? and pyramid pullups OUT separates each half miles so I do not think im doin the twenty something lol pullups every half mile of Also do not care about the acquisition of weight, just want to lose those 5 pounds of fat and gain muscle
