I 've heard people say is that it eats the diet. Ive heard that you make sure to eat a big meal at the time of or after rowkr out and then can eat or clean besides that. I am aware of 1.5g of protein per pound of body weight. Im trying to gain muscle and of course, lose a little fat. I keep my diet clean. I try to eat a good meal at the time of resolve and accept all the protein. I tried to go to a waste of consumption and won the weight well but it was all in my tummy fat. no muscle so any good advice would be great. -cell technology is not part of a diet. That would be a supplement. I 'm speaking of food here.
